For nearly $15 million, Paramount Realty has acquired the 114,000 square foot Brick Center Plaza in Brick, NJ from Developers Diversified Realty. The center is located on the corner of Route 70 and ChambersBridge Rd. The center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, a flagship West Marine, and a vacant former Fortunoff.
