Paramount Realty has acquired the grocery anchored Shops at Nod Brook located in the affluent suburban community of Avon, Connecticut. 
 
Shops at Nod Brook is a 100,263 square foot shopping center anchored by The Fresh Market, Marshalls, and Michaels. The center is ideally situated along Route 44, the primary corridor serving the suburban communities directly west of Hartford.

Paramount is planning to redevelop and renovate the majority of the shopping center, including new facades, landscaping upgrades, and signage upgrades.
