Summer 2014 Leasing Update
Paramount has negotiated the following leases:
At Shore Plaza located on Route 70 in Lakewood, New Jersey, Paramount has negotiated a deal with Li’s Garden, occupying 3,000 sf.
Marlton Square, located on Route 73 in Marlton, New Jersey, will be welcoming Carlo’s Bakery, as seen on the show, Cake Boss on TLC. Ethan Allen is now open for business.
Nutri Shop will be opening up a new location at the Village at Cambridge Crossing in Mt. Laurel, NJ. They will be occupying a 1,445 sf space on the pad fronting Route 38.
Festival at Exton, located on Route 30 in Exton, PA, will be welcoming Pearle Vision and Zoup! to the mix. Kids First Swim and Flynn & O’Hara are both open for business.
Town Hall Shoppes, located on Cedar Bridge Road in Brick, NJ will be home to a new Great Clips. They will be occupying 1,000 SF.
A lease for Supernatural Strength and Conditioning has been signed for 1,529 SF at Paramount’s Marketplace at Chews Landing center in Gloucester Township, NJ.
Jimmy John’s will be located on a new construction pad at Marketplace at Neshaminy in Bensalem, PA.
Berkshire Square located in Wyomissing, PA, will now enjoy the company of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit.
The Workgroup will be joining Leisure Center on the corner of Route 70 and Airport Road in Lakewood, NJ.
Pine Tree Plaza, located in Cherry Hill, will be welcoming I Love Kickboxing.
